The Cookie Department

 

After noticing that almost 40 percent of afternoon customers bought a cookie with their coffee, ‘The Cookie Department’ developed the "Awaken Baked," a cookie with the equivalent caffeine of a full shot of espresso in it. The company has six different types of cookies in its inventory, all with some kind of added ingredients. Some include:

·         "Tough Cookie" – peanut butter cookie with additional 10g of protein

·         “Great Full” – cranberries offering anti-oxidants in its vegan sweet potato cookie

·         “Cherry Bomb” – first gluten free cookie packed with probiotics

The cookies are currently available in the Bay Area of San Francisco.
