“Drawing on a haute couture heritage, Givenchy's latest
fragrance offering goes back to the history of the fashion house. To be known
simply as 'L’Atelier de Givenchy' the line is inspired by the richness of the
fabrics used by the brand in its exuberant, highly detailed and revered clothes.
Each scent comes accompanied by its own inspirational couture sketch from the
label.”
The collection includes:
·
Néroli Origine – inspired by a dress worn by
Hubert de Givenchy’s muse Audrey Hepburn.
·
Cuir Blanc – combines the notes of white
pepper, white musk and leather and reflects the historic connection between
perfumery and glove-making.
·
Bois Martial – inspired by Givenchy’s geometric
cuts and androgynous looks, the fragrance includes notes of cedar wood,
pineapple sage and coconut wood, an element rarely used in perfumery.
·
Chypre Caresse – an olfactory interpretation of
an ageless and subtle Haute Couture gown, presenting translucent creases,
wonderful sewing and fading feathers.
·
Ylang Austral – a scent that, like Givenchy
couture fashion, combines structural precision with freedom of choice of
materials.
·
Oud Flamboyant – embodies the creativity
and excellence of the house of Givenchy and evokes an oriental spirit decorated
with precious embroidery and golden brown fabrics.
·
Ambre Tigré – a scent of "feline fantasy
“,”animal impulses" and "a call for passion.”
